There is talk of a Long Cross Country if the weather is good on the weekend of the March 8th. The trip will take us from Iowa to Opelousas Airport and on to False River and back. Opelousas has auto gas on site!!

Field Conditions

With recent rain the field is still a little moist. The runway is fine, but the cossovers ajoining the taxiways and runways are still soft.

Again, the grass is dead so no work there. Great time for flying!!

Who's in the air

Rick and I made the trip to Opelousas last weekend and had a great time.

Terry that blue and white thing in your hanger is designed for the air!!!

Mark Perkins has SOLD his Aero Master to the Russians(I have the FBI watching this deal).

Ed Stephens, whats new, that plane has so many hours, it would like to see the inside of the hangar!!

Paul Perron did a decarb on his rotax with the help of Bob Sellers, Thanks Bob!!

Bob Sellers has flown another month without changing his prop.!!

Darrell Bailey's plane is said to be taxiing this coming weekend in DeRidder!!

Rick Martin, NO Fear, or bearing!! Still he flies longer trips than anybody in the club!!

Rodney Blackwell hangar doors have been open, but the plane was in it when I got there, he doesn't fool me!!
